Rules and Regulations

  • Students and their parents should observe punctuality which is an important aspect of personality development. The children should be left in school fifteen minutes before class and should be picked up within fifteen minutes after class. If due to unforeseen circumstances, a student cannot be picked up in time, the teacher should be informed. The school authorities will not be responsible for students left in school much before/after school hours.
  • Before coming to school, the child must be made to answer the call of nature, brush his/her teeth, bathe, eat a nutritious breakfast and be dressed neatly in simple and clean clothing. All seasonal clothing such as sweaters, scarves, raincoats etc..should have name tags or names embroidered on them. The school will not be responsible for the loss of any nameless articles.
  • Parking inside the school compound or the approach road is not permitted..
  • Honking near the school premises is not allowed..
  • Children must not be sent to school with toys, money, ornaments etc. The school will not be responsible if any of these articles are lost. Fee money must not be given to children.
  • If the Parents wish to celebrate their child’s birthday at school, it can be previously arranged with the teachers. Pencils, erasers, balls, balloons etc.. may be distributed to the children. Only fruits (fresh and dry), grams, nuts & jaggery sweets are allowed. (See Birthday Celebration)
  • The lunch box of the child should be packed neatly and separately and should not be put with the school bag as it might spoil the books.(See Recommended Food List)
  • In order to preserve rapport between teacher and pupil observation and visits by parents/guardian during school hours are not allowed.
  • Parents/guardians are requested not to consult any teachers during working hours.
  • Complaints if any, must be clearly written and signed and presented to the Principal. No oral complaints will be entertained.
  • Children who are sick should not be sent to school. Children suffering from infectious deseases should not be sent to school, until they are completely cured and a doctor’s certificate is obtained.
  • Parents/guardians must check the Diary and sign it daily.
  • Students will not be permitted to leave the school premises during class, lunch or P.T. hours, Students will be severely dealt with if they disobey this rule.
  • Every parent/guardian shall abide by the declaration given by her voluntarily at the time of admission of their daughter.
  • Every pupil is expected to be present for the daily assembly on time.
  • It is compulsory for every pupil to come to school in full uniform including footwear.
  • Students are not allowed to keep mehndi during school days.
  • Ornaments or jewellery of any kind are not allowed in the school. The school does not take responsibility for money or articles that are lost.
  • Pupils are encouraged to speak only in English in order to acquire a greater facility in the study of English.
  • Pupils will not be excused from physical exercise or organized games without Doctor’s Certificate.
  • Pupils are expected to participate in all activities of the school.
  • Any damage done in the class or in the premises will have to be made good.
  • No books, Newspaper or Periodicals may be brought to school without the consent of the school authorities.
  • NO GIFTS OR DONATIONS TO THE TEACHERS ARE ALLOWED.
  • Forging parent signature or altering marks and grade will be viewed seriously.
  • ALL COMMUNICATIONS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED TO THE HEADMISTRESS NOT TO THE CLASS TEACHER.
  • Parents and visitors will be permitted into the school campus only on occasions specified by the school authorities.
  • It shall be the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to arrange for and to oversee the mode of travel for their children. The School is no way responsible for any untoward event.
